Overview
The Body IT 9695-G is an inversion table built around a steel frame, weighing 58 pounds on its own. It's aimed at people looking to add spinal decompression stretching to a home routine.
Inversion tables work by anchoring the ankles and tilting the body backward so gravity does the stretching. A steel frame like this one adds stability during that recline, at the cost of extra weight to move around. The listing doesn't include an angle range or user weight limit, so check those details before ordering.
- Steel frame construction
- 58 lb table weight
- Grey color
- Ships as a single unit
Who it's for
People wanting an at-home spinal decompression or stretching tool built on a steel frame rather than a lighter, more portable material.
Pros and cons
- Steel construction for stability
- Grey finish suits a home gym area
- No listed weight capacity in spec data
- 58 pound frame is heavy to relocate
Performance notes
The steel construction is meant to keep the table planted while a user reclines and hangs from the ankle clamps, which is where inversion tables put the most stress on the frame.
