Overview
The Sunny 470134 is an umbrella stroller rated up to 33 pounds, built on an alloy steel frame that weighs just 5 pounds. It measures 29 inches long by 15.8 inches wide by 38.3 inches tall and is not listed as car seat compatible.
A 5 pound frame is unusually light even for the umbrella stroller category, which typically prioritizes a fast fold over heavy duty features. That lightness is the selling point here rather than a large weight capacity or car seat integration.
- 5 pound stroller frame
- 33 pound weight capacity
- Alloy steel construction
- 29"L x 15.8"W x 38.3"H
Who it's for
Parents who fly, use rideshares, or climb stairs often will notice the 5 pound weight the most. Those needing a stroller that carries a child past toddler weight or clicks in an infant car seat should look at a heavier, more feature rich model instead.
Pros and cons
- 5 pound frame is easy to carry
- Narrow 15.8 inch width fits doorways and aisles
- Alloy steel keeps weight down without losing the frame
- No car seat compatibility
- 33 pound capacity is on the lower end for umbrella strollers
Performance notes
At 5 pounds, the alloy steel frame is easy to sling over a shoulder while carrying a child in the other arm, and the narrow 15.8 inch width helps it fit through standard doorways. The 33 pound capacity suits younger toddlers rather than preschoolers.
