Overview
On a training pitch, the Defender and Block system gives a player two rebound stations in one set. The alloy steel and polycarbonate parts adjust and stack, and the Defender acts as a realistic wall for set-piece practice.
Free-kick practice is the clear use here, with the wall standing where defenders would. It also handles passing work, and the whole set is portable. The listing does not break the set down by piece or weight.
Who it's for
A turf-based player or team who wants a stand-in wall for free kicks and a block for passing. Anyone who wants a goal or a ball-return net should choose another product type.
Pros and cons
- Two stations in one set
- Adjustable and stackable
- Acts as a realistic wall
- Alloy steel and polycarbonate
- Piece-by-piece weights not listed
- Only one color
- Warranty terms not detailed
Performance notes
The wall stand-in lets a player aim over or around a fixed obstacle, which is the skill free kicks need. The block returns passes at a fixed angle for rhythm work, and adjusting or stacking the parts changes the target height.
