Overview
Pura's US6NS5 is a 120-count pack of infant diapers made with a cotton-blend material. It is sized for infants and sold in a single pack count of 120.
Cotton-based diapers position themselves as a softer, more breathable alternative to standard synthetic-topsheet diapers, appealing to parents concerned about what sits against a baby's skin. The 120-count pack is a bulk buy meant to cover multiple weeks rather than a trial size.

Who it's for
Parents shopping for infant-stage diapers who want a cotton material option and are ready to commit to a 120-count case will find this fits. Parents needing toddler or larger sizing should look at a different sizing tier since this is listed for the infant age range.
Pros and cons
- Bulk 120-count pack reduces reorder frequency
- Cotton material for infant skin
- Sized for infants only, no size range shown
- No absorbency or wetness indicator details listed
Performance notes
With 120 diapers per pack, this is built for repeat daily changes rather than a short trial, and the cotton material is the main differentiator from standard diaper construction.
