Overview
A commuter on loud trains or a flyer facing engine drone gets adaptive noise cancelling that tunes itself to the surroundings. Large dynamic drivers handle playback over Bluetooth or a cable, and the soundcore app adds EQ, HearID and spatial audio.
Battery stamina and tunable cancelling are the strengths, with days of listening between charges and app control over how much noise is removed. Water resistance is listed as none, and the full feature set depends on installing the app.
Who it's for
Train riders, flyers and office workers who listen for hours get strong low rumble reduction and rare charging. Runners and gym users need a water resistant sport model.
Pros and cons
- Very long battery life
- Adaptive noise cancelling
- LDAC high resolution streaming
- Rotating cups for head shape
- Not water resistant
- App needed for ANC tuning
- Charge time not listed
- Warranty units unclear in listing
Performance notes
Adaptive cancelling measures outside sound and leakage around the cups, then recalibrates, which suits steady low drones like engines and air conditioners. LDAC only helps when the phone supports that codec.
