Overview
Remote workers, event crews and small offices get a battery backed cellular router in the GL.iNet Puli AX. Dual SIM slots switch to the stronger carrier, fast Wi-Fi shares the connection, and built-in VPN secures traffic.
Cellular internet that stays up through power cuts suits business continuity and temporary sites. Speed depends on local next generation coverage and the plan used.
Who it's for
Construction sites, pop-up shops and conferences get fast, fail-safe internet. Homes with reliable fiber gain little.
Pros and cons
- 5G with LTE fallback
- Dual SIM failover
- Fast WireGuard VPN
- Needs SIM and data plan
- ESIM card sold separately
- Speeds vary with coverage
Performance notes
Throughput depends on cellular signal strength and carrier load, and detachable antennas help in weak areas. The battery bridges outages so connections stay up. VPN speed is capped by the router's processing.
