Overview
A backyard balancer gets a complete slackline kit built on nylon webbing, with a dual ratchet system for tensioning. Tree protectors wrap the anchor trees and a carry bag holds the kit for transport.
The kit covers what is needed to set up between two trees, and the long webbing leaves room to choose a span. The hardware is alloy steel. Strength rating and tree spacing guidance are absent from the listing.
Who it's for
Anyone who wants a ready kit to practice balance between two sturdy trees. Park users who cannot protect trees, and athletes who need rated load data, should look for another kit.
Pros and cons
- Dual ratchet tensioning
- Tree protectors included
- Carry bag included
- Alloy steel hardware
- Breaking strength not listed
- Single length offered
- Setup steps not described
Performance notes
A ratchet system draws the webbing tight, and tension controls how much the line moves under a foot. Tree protectors spread the load and shield bark, which matters on long sessions. A longer span gives more bounce and demands more balance.
