PAWZ Road Cat Tree with Dual Condos 30 in

Overview

The PAWZ Road 30-inch cat tree is a three-level indoor tower built on an engineered wood frame, with dual enclosed condos, a padded perch, sisal-wrapped scratching posts, a ramp, and dangling toy balls, sized for small to medium-breed cats.

At 30.3 inches tall on a 15.74 by 11.81 inch footprint, this sits toward the compact end of cat trees, fitting into an apartment corner more easily than serving as a climbing structure for a large-breed cat. The mix of dual condos plus a padded perch gives cats a choice between an enclosed hide and an open lookout, which matters in multi-cat households where preferences differ. PAWZ Road backs it with a 1 year warranty.

• 30.3 inch height, 3 levels
• Dual condos with padded perch
• Sisal scratching posts and ramp
• Gray, modern style

Who it's for

Owners of one or two small to medium cats who want an indoor scratching and resting structure without a large floor footprint. Less suited to large or giant breed cats given the compact base.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The sisal-wrapped posts function as the scratching surface, drawing cats away from furniture, while the ramp connects levels for cats less inclined to jump. Dual condos give two enclosed resting spots so more than one cat can use the tree without directly sharing space, and the padded perch adds a third, open resting option at height. The cover fabric is listed as machine washable, the main maintenance consideration for a plush-covered tree.
