Overview
A belt-drive indoor cycling bike built around a 40 lb chrome flywheel, with a stepless felt-pad resistance knob, a two-way adjustable seat, multi-grip handlebars fitting a 29-41 inch inseam range, and free access to the SunnyFit workout app.
- 40 lb chrome flywheel with quiet belt-drive mechanism
- Stepless dual felt-pad resistance knob with push-down quick stop
- Free SunnyFit app: 1,000+ workouts and 10,000+ virtual rides, no membership
- Adjustable seat and handlebars fit a 29-41 inch inseam range
Who it's for
Suits home riders wanting a stable, quiet spin-style bike without ongoing subscription costs. Not the choice for anyone needing built-in power or cadence sensors instead of a manual resistance knob.
Pros and cons
- Heavy flywheel and frame keep the ride stable at speed
- Belt drive runs quietly enough for shared living spaces
- Free app content included with no subscription fee
- Box and assembled bike are heavy to move
- Resistance is manual via a knob rather than motorized or app-controlled
- Setting handlebars too high reportedly strained one rider's shoulders
Performance notes
The 40 lb flywheel and belt drive smooth out the pedal stroke at any speed, the dual felt-pad knob adjusts resistance steplessly and doubles as a quick stop when pushed down, and the free SunnyFit app adds trainer-led workouts and virtual rides at no extra membership cost.
