Cowiewie 3-in-1 Wooden High Chair

Overview

The Cowiewie COWH-02 is a wood highchair rated for toddlers up to 200 pounds, a capacity well above what most families ever need from a highchair. It weighs 8.85 kilograms and is listed as not portable, meaning it stays set up in one spot.

Wood highchairs tend to sit heavier and steadier than plastic ones, which matters once a toddler starts pushing against the tray to stand or lean. The 200 pound capacity here is unusually generous for a highchair, since most children age out of highchair use well before approaching that weight, so treat it as a durability margin rather than a feature you will use. Being non portable means it is meant to stay put in the kitchen, not fold for storage or travel.

Who it's for

Suits families who want one sturdy highchair to stay at the table long term rather than move between rooms. Not the choice for anyone who needs a fold flat or travel highchair.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Wood construction generally gives a highchair more base weight and stability than plastic frames, which keeps it from tipping when a toddler leans or pushes off the tray. Since it is listed as not portable, there is no folding mechanism to loosen over time, which can be an advantage for long term sturdiness. The 200 pound weight rating suggests a build meant to last through the full toddler age range rather than being sized to the child.
