Overview
A set of 8 elastic rod wraps from SAMSFX, sold as stretchy straps that bundle a rod and reel together or cinch a folded rod for transport and storage, not a tackle bag despite how this listing is filed.
The category label on this listing reads Tackle Bags, but the title and specs describe stretchy pole straps instead, so treat the bag category as a data mismatch and read this as rod bundling elastic. Each strap runs about 20 centimeters and the pack mixes green, red, blue and yellow.
- 8 piece pack
- 20 cm length
- Nylon blend
- Green, red, blue and yellow mix
Who it's for
Useful for anglers who want a quick way to keep an assembled rod and reel together in a car or storage rack, or to bundle several rods for travel. Not a tackle storage bag despite the listing category.
Pros and cons
- 8 straps per pack
- Four color options for easy identification
- Nylon blend stretch material
- Listed under the wrong category, Tackle Bags, on this page
- No stated maximum rod diameter
Performance notes
Nylon blend elastic gives the straps stretch to cinch around a rod blank without a buckle, and the 8 pack in four colors makes it easy to keep spares on hand across multiple rods.
