Overview
The Element ECF21MDCW is a 21 cu ft chest freezer with two lids, an interior LED light, and adjustable temperature control, built for households that need bulk cold storage beyond what a kitchen freezer offers.
Chest freezers trade convenience for capacity, and this two-door layout at least lets you access one side without losing all the cold air from the other. Removable baskets keep frequently used items off the bottom of the bin.
- 21 cu ft capacity
- Two-door chest design
- Interior LED light
- Removable storage baskets
Who it's for
Suited to families or small businesses storing bulk meat, garden produce, or freezer meals who have a garage or basement to place a large unit. Not the choice if you need upright, shelf-based organization.
Pros and cons
- 21 cu ft holds a large amount of frozen food
- Two-door design limits cold air loss when opening one side
- Interior LED light aids visibility
- Removable baskets for smaller items
- Chest-style access means digging for items at the bottom
- Only a single review available to gauge durability
Performance notes
Temperature is set through a manual control, and the interior LED light helps with visibility when reaching into a deep bin. Basket storage keeps smaller items accessible near the top instead of buried under everything else.
