Overview
Robustrue is a smaller brand than the major toolmakers, so verify specs before buying.
Handheld impact drivers most commonly run on DC battery packs, so a 12 volt AC power rating is worth double checking against the actual product listing before you order.
- 12 volt AC power listing
- 2 pound weight
Who it's for
Could work for someone comfortable with a lesser known brand who has confirmed the power source fits their setup. Not ideal for buyers wanting a household name with a long track record.
Pros and cons
- Light 2 pound body
- 12 volt AC power spec is unusual for this tool type
- Brand has less track record than major toolmakers
Performance notes
At 2 pounds this is a lighter impact tool than many, which should make one handed or overhead use easier, though sustained heavy duty work may favor a bulkier, higher powered unit.
