Overview
Heating and pouring are covered by the stainless steel melting pot, pouring pot and electric hot plate in this soy candle making kit. Wicks, wick stickers, centering devices and a thermometer complete the setup.
The equipment is the strength here, and a beginner can melt, pour and center wicks without buying separate tools. The kit supplies no fragrance, dye or candle containers, and hot plate power is not stated.
Who it's for
A hobbyist starting candle making at home will find the pots, hot plate and wicks together. Anyone planning scented or colored candles must add those supplies, as the listing mentions none.
Pros and cons
- Hot plate and stainless pots included
- Thermometer and centering devices
- Large wick supply
- Comprehensive instructions mentioned
- No containers listed
- Hot plate wattage not stated
- No scents or dyes
Performance notes
Wax melts in the stainless pot on the electric hot plate, and the thermometer shows when to pour. Centering devices hold the wick straight while the wax sets, which decides how evenly the candle burns.
