Overview
Ravensburger molds curved plastic pieces that click together into a Sonic the Hedgehog puzzle ball. The EasyClick design locks each piece in without glue, and the finished globe is a display piece.
Fans of the character get a quick build that suits a desk or shelf, and kids and adults can work on it together. The piece count is small by puzzle standards, so it is a short project rather than a weekend challenge.
Who it's for
Children aged six and up and casual adult builders will enjoy snapping the sphere together. Anyone wanting hundreds of pieces or flat puzzle art should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- No glue required
- EasyClick locking pieces
- Can be taken apart again
- Small piece count
- Finished size is compact
- Plastic, not cardboard
- Build time not listed
Performance notes
Each curved piece has a uniquely shaped edge that clicks into its neighbors, so the sphere gains stiffness as it closes. The listing does not mention a guide, so the order of assembly follows the piece shapes.
