Overview
PowerBlock's 504-00187-00 is part of the brand's selectorized dumbbell system, built from alloy steel in a black finish. PowerBlock is best known for stackable, adjustable dumbbells that swap several fixed weight pairs for one compact block.
The listed item weight of 100 pounds most likely reflects the packaged or total system weight rather than a single dumbbell's working weight, since PowerBlock dumbbells are sold as adjustable units covering a range rather than one fixed number. The pieces count of 1 in the data is similarly a packaging figure, not a statement that only one dumbbell ships. Confirm the actual weight range on the current listing before buying, since that detail is not in the supplied specs.
- PowerBlock adjustable dumbbell system
- Alloy steel, black finish
- Model 504-00187-00
Who it's for
Suits home lifters who want one adjustable unit to cover a range of dumbbell weights instead of a full rack of fixed pairs, trading some floor space for versatility. Less suited to those who specifically want traditional fixed weight dumbbells with no adjustment mechanism.
Pros and cons
- Space saving adjustable design typical of the PowerBlock line
- Recent purchase activity suggests active demand
- Exact weight range not specified in the available spec data
- 100 pound item weight likely reflects packaging, not per hand weight, so confirm before buying
