Overview
Streaming free live TV, switching to a game console or casting from an iPhone, this Roku TV puts everything on one customizable home screen. Speech clarity and night mode help dialogue stand out.
The Roku interface is about as easy as smart TVs get, with a large set of free channels from the start. Full HD resolution suits the screen size but trails ultra HD sets for sharpness.
Who it's for
Families setting up a second TV or someone wanting a simple streaming set will be comfortable fast. Movie fans wanting HDR detail should look at a higher-end model.
Pros and cons
- Simple Roku home screen

Performance notes
Picture quality comes from a direct-lit LED panel, which lights evenly across the screen at Full HD. Speech clarity processing lifts dialogue, and night mode limits loud peaks. Fast Wi-Fi and quick app launch keep streaming responsive.
