Pros and cons
- 568 sq in surface fits a full meal's worth of food
- Four burners allow zone cooking
- Stainless steel body for outdoor durability
- 12000 total BTU is modest for a four burner, 568 sq in grill
- Freestanding footprint near 47 x 52 in needs patio space
Performance notes
12000 BTU spread across four burners heats the 568 sq in surface gently rather than aggressively, so it favors even, longer cooks over quick searing. The stainless steel body is built to handle regular outdoor exposure.
