Overview
Nuwave builds the Brio Plus around Linear T temperature control, which adjusts power every second to hold the set heat. Three wattage levels let it run on weak circuits in RVs and dorms, and pulling the basket pauses cooking.
Wattage choice and tight temperature control make it useful far beyond a home kitchen. Feature counts conflict between title and bullets.
Who it's for
Campers, dorm residents and small families get crispy food without overloading circuits. Households cooking two dishes at once need a dual-basket fryer.
Pros and cons
- Selectable wattage for weak circuits
- Fine temperature steps
- Pauses when basket opens
- PFAS-free ceramic coating
- Preset counts conflict
- Weight not listed
Performance notes
Temperature accuracy comes from Linear T, which constantly measures and adjusts power rather than cycling on and off. Lower wattage settings let it run on weak circuits but lengthen cooking time.
