Overview
Not a full carry-on suitcase at its base size, the Lekespring bag is a rolling laptop case that slides under most airline seats. An expandable top compartment grows it for overnight trips, and a padded sleeve protects a laptop.
Two roles in one bag is what it offers: a wheeled work case on weekdays and a short trip carry-on when expanded. Laptop space stops at mid size machines, and the weight figures in the listing disagree.
Who it's for
Consultants and office workers who roll a laptop daily and travel for a night or two get one bag for both. Travelers with bigger laptops or longer trips will run out of room.
Pros and cons
- Fits under most airline seats
- Expands for overnight trips
- Padded laptop sleeve
- Wide opening for security checks
- Laptop sleeve tops out mid size
- Expanded size will not fit under seats
- Weight figures conflict
- No lock listed
Performance notes
The expandable top compartment adds height, so the bag shifts from underseat size to carry-on size when unzipped. Four wheels carry the bag upright, which takes the weight off your shoulders on long walks.
