Overview
A 9 inch inflatable stability ball made from non-toxic PVC, sized for Pilates, core work, and physical therapy rather than a full-size stability ball. It comes with straws and air plugs for inflating and deflating.
- 9 inch non-toxic PVC exercise ball
- Non-slip glazed surface for grip
- Includes straws and air plugs for inflation
- Available in multiple colors and set sizes
Who it's for
Fits people doing Pilates, light physical therapy, or core work who want a small ball that packs away easily, including those with smaller hands. Less suited to anyone wanting to inflate it firm using only their own lungs, since a few buyers found that difficult without a pump.
Pros and cons
- Small enough to fit comfortably in smaller hands
- Adjustable firmness for softer or harder resistance
- Physical therapy team recommended it per one reviewer
- Sealing the plug after inflating loses air for some buyers
- Fully firming it by mouth alone is difficult without a hand pump
Performance notes
The main friction point buyers describe is sealing the plug immediately after inflating, since air escapes in that moment for some.
