Overview
Riding with a Bluetooth headset is planned for in this HJC full face helmet, which has speaker pockets built into the interior. The polycarbonate composite shell carries a Pinlock ready shield with an anti-scratch coating.
Riders get a widened view port, washable pads and room for a communication system in a light polycarbonate shell. The Pinlock insert and dark smoke shield are not in the box, so fog control and tint need separate purchases.
Who it's for
Daily commuting and weekend rides with an intercom suit the speaker pockets and wicking liner. Riders who need ECE approval or a modular front should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Speaker pockets for Bluetooth intercoms
- Removable, washable crown and cheek pads
- Moisture-wicking, quick-drying liner
- Anti-scratch shield coating
- Pinlock insert sold separately
- Dark smoke shield not included
- No sun visor described
- Only DOT certification stated
Performance notes
Visibility comes from the enlarged eye port, which widens the field of view. The channeling ventilation moves heat and humidity out of the shell, and the wicking fabric dries quickly, so comfort depends on airflow at speed.
