Overview
Not a full-size carpet machine, this compact unit sprays and extracts on small stains in upholstery, stairs and area rugs. It plugs into the wall and comes with a small tool and a hose cleaning tool.
Quick work on pet accidents and couch spills is the intended use, and the starter cleaning formula means it can run right away. Suction is listed two ways and the capacity field reads in pounds, so the tank size needs a check.
Who it's for
Pet owners and families who deal with small stains on upholstery and area rugs will use it the most. Anyone with wall-to-wall carpet to deep clean needs a larger machine.
Pros and cons
- Portable and light enough to carry
- Tools included for upholstery
- Trial formula in the box
- Targets pets, rugs and couches
- Corded AC power only
- Suction figure inconsistent
- Tank capacity unclear
- Not for whole rooms
Performance notes
Suction pulls dirty water out of the fabric, so higher suction leaves less moisture behind and shortens drying time. A small tool concentrates the spray on a spot, while the hose tool is a separate attachment. Stains from pets respond best when treated soon after they happen.
