Overview
The Mikolo QJ01 is a steel power cage weighing 80 pounds, with a footprint of 86 x 22 x 47 inches. It ships as a single unit in black and is built as a fixed anchor point for barbell training at home.
Power cages live or die on frame rigidity, and an 80 pound steel build is a reasonable weight class for a home rack rather than a commercial rig. The listing does not break out load rating or attachment details, so buyers should confirm those specifics on the product page before assuming pull-up bar or safety bar capacity.
- Steel construction
- 86 x 22 x 47 inch footprint
- 80 lb frame weight
- Black finish
Who it's for
Suits someone setting up a home gym who needs a dedicated squat and press station. Less useful for anyone short on space, given the 86 inch height and roughly 4 by 2 foot footprint.
Pros and cons
- Steel frame built for barbell training
- Wide 22 x 47 inch base for stability
- Ships as a single assembled unit
- No listed weight capacity
- 86 inch height needs real ceiling clearance
- Heavy at 80 lbs to move once assembled
Performance notes
Cage stability under load comes down to steel gauge and footprint, and this unit's 22 by 47 inch base gives it a wider stance than compact folding racks. At 80 pounds it is heavy enough to stay planted during normal barbell use, though the listing does not specify a weight capacity rating.
