Overview
MIAOMIAO's hot yoga towel measures 72 by 24.5 inches and weighs about 0.55 pounds, a single microfiber mat towel with a non-slip backing for sweaty studio sessions in carbon grey.
This is a mat-length towel meant to lay over a yoga mat rather than a small hand towel, sized to cover a standard mat end to end. The listing markets it as super absorbent microfiber, which the light weight and full-length sizing support as a packable design rather than a plush terry towel.
- 72 x 24.5 inch size
- 0.55 pound item weight
- Non-slip microfiber
- Carbon grey
Who it's for
Fits hot yoga or hard-sweat practitioners who want grip on a mat once it gets slick, and travelers who prefer a packable towel over a bulky one. Less useful for someone wanting a small hand or face towel, since this is sized for full mat coverage.
Pros and cons
- Full 72 by 24.5 inch mat coverage
- Non-slip backing for sweaty sessions
- Lightweight at roughly half a pound
- Single piece only, no companion hand towel
- No stated care instructions in the listing
Performance notes
Microfiber towels absorb by wicking moisture into the weave, and the non-slip backing is what keeps the towel from sliding around on a mat once it gets damp, which matters more in hot yoga than fabric weight alone.
