Overview
YakAttack's BlackPak Pro crate (BLP-PRO-13X13-BG) is a rigid 13 by 13 storage box in Battleship Grey, weighing about 6.9 pounds, built for mounting to a kayak deck.
YakAttack built its name on kayak fishing gear, and the BlackPak Pro line is designed as mountable on-deck storage rather than a soft carry bag. A 13 by 13 footprint and nearly 7 pounds empty point to a rigid, rack-style crate meant to stay fixed to a boat rather than travel loose in a bag.
- 13 by 13 crate footprint
- Battleship Grey color
- About 6.9 lbs
- YakAttack BlackPak Pro line
Who it's for
Kayak and small-boat anglers who want a rigid, mountable storage crate on deck. Not for anglers who want a lightweight box to carry to shore by hand.
Pros and cons
- Rigid 13 by 13 crate for organized on-deck storage
- Built for kayak rigging setups
- Battleship Grey finish
- Nearly 7 lbs empty adds bulk
- Not built as a portable hand-carry box
Performance notes
The rigid crate construction and roughly 6.9 pound weight point to a mountable, load-bearing design meant to stay fixed to a kayak deck through repeated loading and being lifted in and out on the water.
