Overview
The Dovesun D-QUBINGGOU-2HOOK4/0-50PCS-FBA is a bulk pack of size 4/0 offset worm hooks in high carbon steel, listed at 100 pieces. Built for soft plastic rigs targeting bass, walleye, pollock and pike.
The offset shank is shaped to hold a soft plastic bait in place while leaving the hook point exposed for a solid hookset, a standard setup for Texas and Carolina rigging. Buying in bulk at a single size keeps a tackle box stocked for anglers who lose hooks to snags. Note that the listing's color field reads 4/0 times 50 pieces while the piece count is given as 100, so it's worth confirming the actual count on the package before ordering a large trip supply.
- 4/0 offset worm hook
- High carbon steel build
- 100 hooks per pack (per listing)
- Targets bass, walleye, pollock and pike
Who it's for
Suited to bass, walleye, pike and pollock anglers who rig their own soft plastics and want a large supply of one hook size on hand. Less useful for anglers who need an assortment of sizes in a single order.
Pros and cons
- Bulk single-size supply for repeat rigging
- High carbon steel construction
- Offset shank suited to weedless soft plastic rigs
- One hook size only
- Listed pack count is inconsistent in the data
Performance notes
The offset point keeps the hook riding up through a soft plastic body so the bait sits naturally on the fall and swims true on the retrieve. High carbon steel holds an edge through repeated hooksets and re-rigging.
