Overview
Heavy duty 3 inch by 36 inch elbow wraps with an extra-wide hook and loop fastener, made for adding support during heavy bench press and overhead lifts.
The product listing's bullet copy briefly refers to these as wrist wraps, but the title, category and 36 inch length all point to elbow wraps for heavy lifting.
- 3 inch wide, 36 inch long wrap
- Extra-wide hook and loop fastener
- Reinforced stitching for durability
- 25 percent more elasticity than the brand's prior version
Who it's for
Lifters doing heavy bench press or overhead pressing who want extra elbow stability for a few more reps are the target here.
Pros and cons
- Adds stability for heavy bench and overhead press
- Adjustable, extra-wide hook and loop fastener
- Reinforced stitching holds up with regular use
- One reviewer found no elbow pain relief
Performance notes
That same stiffness is what one reviewer with tendinitis found restrictive, saying it cut into the bicep and gave no flex during pressing.
