Overview
Riding to work or around town gets easier with a dual certified full face helmet that leaves room for comms. Slot speakers into the pockets, close the ratcheting shield into its gasket, and adjust the mouth vent to clear fog.
New riders get the same certifications and emergency release features found higher in the range, in a simpler shell. The anti fog insert and dark shields are extras, and no sun visor is built in.
Who it's for
Beginners and commuters wanting a certified, comms ready helmet will be well served. Touring riders who want a drop down visor should look at a touring model.
Pros and cons
- DOT and ECE certified
- Speaker pockets for comms
- Pinlock ready shield
- Emergency cheek pad release
- Pinlock insert sold separately
- No internal sun visor
- Single clear shield included
Performance notes
Fog control depends on the adjustable mouth vent and the Pinlock insert if added. The ratchet system draws the shield into the gasket, which seals out wind and rain. Protection comes from the polycarbonate shell spreading impact and the foam liner absorbing it.
