Overview
Practicing potty steps on a bear makes the routine less scary: kids change Bean's diaper, sit him on his toilet and wipe with play paper. A chart and sticker sheet turn each step into a visual routine.
Rehearsing the routine on a toy helps toddlers who resist the real potty. Several small felt pieces and paper parts will need keeping track of.
Who it's for
Toddlers from eighteen months and parents wanting a playful lead-in to training get a guided set. Older kids already trained will outgrow it quickly.
Pros and cons
- Models each potty step
- Chart and stickers reinforce habits
- Designed with early learning specialists
- Felt pieces build fine motor skills
- Small pieces to keep track of
- Not a real potty
Performance notes
Repetition with a familiar character lets toddlers rehearse the sequence before trying it themselves. The visual chart and stickers reward each step, which is what builds the habit.
