Who it's for

Pros and cons

Performance notes

With eight named bacterial and yeast strains plus digestive enzymes and fiber, the formula covers more ground than a single-strain probiotic, typically the approach for general digestive support rather than a targeted condition. The included scoop and 90-serving count point to a straightforward daily-use routine rather than a short-course supplement.
