Overview
Sunally's room divider is a no-drill tension rod that locks between floor and ceiling from 4 to 10 feet tall and 28 to 70 inches wide, built from stainless steel and rated to hold 45 pounds of curtain. It sets up with spring buckles and extension rods, and can run straight across an opening or bend L-shaped into a corner.
- Adjustable 4 to 10 feet tall, 28 to 70 inches wide
- 45 pound weight capacity
- Horizontal or L-shape setup for corners
- Reviewer-confirmed tool-free install in under 20 minutes
Who it's for
Renters and dorm residents who want a rental-safe, tool-free way to divide a room and are willing to supply their own curtains. Less ideal for someone setting it up alone without a step stool, since one reviewer needed a ladder.
Pros and cons
- Held heavy blackout curtains without sagging in owner use
- Works straight across an opening or L-shaped in a corner
- Curtains not included, and at least one buyer missed that detail
- Shorter installers may need a step stool or ladder to stand it up
Performance notes
One reviewer did note the rod without a center bracket held up a long span with a bit less rigidity than expected.
