This listing leans almost entirely on the smart-control angle.

• 14,000 BTU cooling capacity
• Wi-Fi with Frigidaire app control
• Remote scheduling and mode changes
• White cabinet for double-hung windows

Who it's for

Anyone who wants a higher-capacity window unit they can schedule and adjust without walking to the wall. Households already using other Frigidaire smart appliances, or anyone who just prefers app control over a physical remote, are the target buyer.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The unit connects to home Wi-Fi and pairs with the Frigidaire app, which handles remote on and off, temperature changes, mode switching and fan speed, plus custom cooling schedules. At 14,000 BTU it carries more cooling capacity than the small-room 5,000 to 8,000 BTU class, which typically points it at larger rooms or open-plan spaces rather than a single bedroom.
