Overview
The Junlan AD7083 is a one-piece ribbed sauna suit and waist trainer combo for women, made from a sweat-trapping inner material with a front zipper closure. It's meant to be worn during workouts to raise body temperature and increase sweating, not as standalone weight-loss gear.
- One-piece ribbed sauna suit with front zip closure
- Interior sweat-trapping material covers the full torso
- Hand wash and hang dry care
- Sized by brand chart, not standard numeric sizing
Who it's for
Suited to people who want a sweat-inducing layer for home workouts, walking, or gym sessions and don't mind a snug, low-stretch fit.
Pros and cons
- Produces noticeable sweat quickly during workouts
- No lingering odor reported after wear or washing
- Front zipper with interior hooks helps with fit and support
- Little to no stretch, which limits yoga or deep-stretch movements
- Can be difficult to remove once sweat-soaked
- One reviewer found the torso short relative to sizing
Performance notes
Because moisture stays trapped, the fabric clings once damp and multiple buyers needed help removing it; hand washing and air drying inside out is the recommended care.

Reviewer experience varies. Some fit well in their regular size or one size up, while another found it ran short in the torso and suggested sizing up two sizes.
