Overview
The Elite BMX Freestyle line covers steel-frame BMX bikes from a 16 inch kids size up to 26 and 29 inch adult sizes, with the 20 inch Stealth version now built with a 3-piece crank.
Sizing runs by rider height rather than age alone: the 16 inch fits kids roughly 3 to 3 foot 6, and the 20 inch suits teens and adults from about 4 feet to 5 foot 10. Reviewer experiences varied widely on finish and durability, from clean assembly and no damage to rust and cracked parts, so quality control appears inconsistent across units.
- Steel frame in five sizes from 16 to 29 inch
- 3-piece crank on 20 inch Stealth
- Alloy stem, 50mm reach, 9T driver
- Pair of pegs included
Pros and cons
- Wide size range from 16 inch kids to 26 and 29 inch adult
- Straightforward assembly with included tools
- 3-piece crank on the 20 inch Stealth
- Includes pegs for tricks
Performance notes
The frame uses reinforced steel tubing, and the 20 inch Stealth now ships with a 3-piece crank rather than a one-piece unit.
