Pautios No App Pedometer Watch

Overview

The Pautios pedometer watch tracks steps, heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep on a touchscreen LCD with magnetic charging rated for up to 7 days. It works standalone, though pairing it with the optional Fitdock app improves GPS accuracy.

But one reviewer's mileage tracking and heart rate zone alerts only became reliable after installing the Fitdock app and granting it location access, which is worth knowing if you want the most accurate distance data.

• Heart rate and blood oxygen checks
• Touchscreen LCD display
• Magnetic charging, up to 7 days
• Optional Fitdock app for extra accuracy

Who it's for

Seniors or anyone wanting basic step, heart rate, and sleep tracking with minimal setup. Less suited to buyers who rely on a walker, where one reviewer found step counting unreliable.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The touchscreen LCD handles setup and daily settings, heart rate is monitored continuously, and blood oxygen is checked on manual trigger. Magnetic charging reaches full in about 1.5 hours and is rated for up to 7 days of use. One reviewer said mileage tracking and heart rate zone alerts became noticeably more accurate after enabling location permissions in the companion Fitdock app.
