Overview
A pull chain on the lamp head switches a color-changing LED bulb under a flax linen shade. The base is oil-rubbed black metal, narrow enough for a crowded nightstand.
A small footprint and a bulb included in the box make it easy to add to a bedside table. Switch operation is described two ways, and the listed wattage looks like a bulb rating limit.
Who it's for
Bedroom owners with limited table space will find the narrow base useful. Readers who need a dimmable or tall task lamp should look at other options.
Pros and cons
- Slim narrow base
- Pull chain switch
- Linen shade softens light
- Touch and pull chain both listed
- No dimmer listed
- Not water resistant
- Wattage figure is unclear
Performance notes
A linen shade diffuses the bulb for a soft glow, and a narrow metal base gives it a stable stance on a small surface. The pull chain switches states by feel in the dark. The color-changing feature depends on the bulb that comes in the box.
