Overview
Not a stacked pair, this is one front-loading machine that washes and then dries in the same stainless drum, run from a touch panel. A salt wash cycle and dual drying fans are among its features, and it ships with floor brackets, inlet hoses and a flexible duct.
Saving a second appliance is the reason to buy: wash and dry happen in one drum, with a salt wash cycle aimed at marine use and a pet cycle for hair-heavy loads. The drum is compact, so large households will run more loads, and the spin speed is not in the specs.
Who it's for
Owners of boats, RVs and tight apartments who cannot fit a separate dryer get both jobs in one cabinet. Households that run several big loads a day will find the drum size limiting.
Pros and cons
- Washes and dries without moving the load
- Salt Wash cycle for marine laundry
- Delay start and drum clean modes
- Dual fans for faster drying
- Spin speed not in the specs
- Small drum limits bulky loads
- Heavy to carry aboard a boat
- Short warranty term
Performance notes
Drying speed depends on the dual fans moving air through the drum and on how full the load is, since a combo dries in the same space it washes. A Sensor Dry option is listed for loads where a fixed time would over dry. Spin speed, which sets how much water is left before drying, is not stated in the specs.
