Evenflo Hummingbird Carbon Fiber Stroller

Overview

The Evenflo ST300112509 is a standard stroller for infants, rated to hold up to 55 pounds. It is unusually light for its category at 9 pounds, with a polyester seat and assembled dimensions of about 30.3 by 12.75 by 41 inches. It is not listed as car seat compatible.

Evenflo generally builds toward value and convenience rather than premium materials, and a 9 pound frame is notably light for something categorized as a standard rather than umbrella stroller, so portability looks like the selling point here. The lack of car seat compatibility means parents wanting a travel system for a newborn will need a different model.

• 9 lb item weight
• 55 lb weight capacity
• Approx. 30.3 x 12.75 x 41 in
• Polyester seat

Who it's for

Parents who want an easy-to-carry stroller for an infant, without needing it to click onto an infant car seat, fit this one well. It suits errands and everyday walks more than long-term use into heavier toddler years given the 55 pound ceiling.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

At 9 pounds, this is light even compared to some umbrella strollers, despite being listed as a standard stroller type, which should make it easy to lift in and out of a car. The 55 pound capacity and roughly 30 by 13 by 41 inch dimensions give a sense of size, though car seat compatibility is not included.
