Overview
Drawers sit beneath a wood cabinet here, topped by a two-pole mount that carries a wide range of TV sizes. The whole unit is a freestanding console rather than a wall bracket, so it needs its own floor footprint.
Drawers under the mount give this console a place for remotes, cables or game discs right beneath the screen, something a plain mount cannot offer. Its width also lets it function as furniture rather than just a bracket. The tradeoff is footprint, since a console this size needs real floor space that a wall mount would not.
Who it's for
A living room or bedroom that also needs a home for remotes, cables and game discs benefits from the drawers built into this console. Limited floor space or a preference for a flush wall bracket rules it out.
Pros and cons
- Drawer storage built in
- Wide TV size compatibility
- Top surface rated for heavy TVs
- Engineered wood cabinet construction
- Needs a wide floor footprint
- Freestanding, not a wall mount
- Tilt or swivel not listed for the pole mount
Performance notes
Two support poles instead of one spread the TV's weight across a wider base, letting the top surface carry more than a single-pole stand could. The drawers sit in a separate wood section below the mount, so their contents add no load to the pole itself. As a freestanding cabinet rather than a wall-anchored bracket, overall steadiness also depends on placing it on level floor.
