Overview
Vivicreate's HT-PS001 DE plier pairs a metal and rubber handle with a 1.2 kilogram build.
The combination metal and rubber handle points to a grip built for comfort during repeated squeezing, common on pliers used for wire work or crafts. At 1.2 kilograms it is on the heavier side for a single hand plier, though the listing does not clarify what accounts for that weight. The DE in the model code is not explained on the listing, so treat it as an internal Vivicreate designation rather than a spec.
- Model HT-PS001 DE
- Metal and rubber handle
- 1.2 kilogram weight
Who it's for
Suited to crafters or wire workers who want a plier with a padded grip for repeated use. Anyone who needs an exact jaw type confirmed before buying should check the product photos, since the category label alone does not specify it.
Pros and cons
- Cushioned metal and rubber grip
- Heavier than a typical single hand plier
- Exact jaw type not confirmed in the listing
Performance notes
The metal and rubber handle combination is built to reduce hand fatigue over repeated squeezes, which matters more than raw weight for most plier tasks. At 1.2 kilograms the tool has some heft, which can add stability on tougher material but may tire the hand faster on long sessions.
