ZMISHIBO BJ52 Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Lights 52 Inch

Overview

The Zmishibo 52 inch ceiling fan is a flush mount fixture with a built in dimmable LED light, controlled by remote or a companion app, aimed at bedrooms and living rooms with lower ceilings.

Flush mount fans sit closer to the ceiling than a downrod model, which is the main reason to pick one: it suits rooms where headroom is tight rather than tall rooms where a downrod would push more air lower into the space. The DC motor and reversible blades are the parts worth noting, since DC motors typically run quieter and more efficiently than older AC fan motors.

• 52 inch flush mount fan with a 20W, 2000 lumen LED light
• App and remote control with a memory function for saved settings
• Manufacturer rated average airflow of about 3057 CFM
• Copper DC motor with a 5 year motor warranty, 2 years on other parts

Who it's for

Fits bedrooms, living rooms, or apartments with standard or lower ceilings that need a light fixture and a fan in one flush unit. Not the choice for a tall room where a downrod fan would move air more effectively.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The 20W LED steps through a 3000K to 6500K range and dims from 10 to 100 percent, so the same fixture can serve as a reading light or a dim night light. The memory function is meant to hold your last speed and light setting rather than resetting each time power cycles, and the reversible motor lets the blades push air down in summer or draw it up in winter.
