AMOYOU Wrist and Ankle Weights 2 lb

Overview

AMOYOU's QSAWW1 set pairs two 1 pound weights, 2 pounds total, with a silicone shell over a steel core, closed with Velcro straps for wear on the wrist or ankle during walking, yoga, Pilates and cardio.

The construction leans on a silicone exterior over a steel core rather than the sand or iron filler common in cheaper wrist weights, which the listing ties to reduced chafing and odor over repeated wear. A carry bag ships with the set, aimed at travelers who want to pack resistance training into a suitcase rather than rely on gym equipment.

• 2 pounds total, 1 pound per weight
• Silicone exterior over a steel core
• Adjustable hook-and-loop straps
• Includes a carry bag for storage

Who it's for

Works for anyone doing low-impact cardio, Pilates, yoga or walking who wants a small resistance boost, including travelers who want compact gear for a suitcase. One reviewer found the sizing awkward, bulky for wrists yet a bit small for ankles, so check the intended placement before buying.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The silicone shell is smooth against skin, which buyers connect to less chafing than fabric-covered weights, and the included carry bag keeps the pair contained for a gym bag or suitcase.
