Overview
The Relxitl 50 foot garden hose pairs a lightweight, non-expanding triple-layer build with a 10-function spray nozzle, aimed at yard watering and general outdoor washing without the bursting or kinking thin hoses show under pressure.
Relxitl is explicit that this hose does not expand, which matters because expandable hoses are the ones prone to splitting at the fittings after a season; a fixed-diameter triple-layer hose trades some compactness for a more predictable lifespan. The aluminum connectors are worth noting since plastic fittings are usually the first thing to crack on cheaper hoses.
- 50 foot fixed-diameter length
- PVC inner tube, polyester outer layer
- Large aluminum hose connectors
- Rated for year-round outdoor use
Who it's for
Suits anyone watering a yard or garden who wants one hose that also covers light washing duties via the 10-function nozzle. It is not for buyers wanting a compact expandable hose, since this one holds a fixed diameter.
Pros and cons
- Triple-layer build resists punctures and kinks
- Aluminum connectors instead of plastic
- 10-function spray nozzle included
- Stays flexible in heat and cold
- Not expandable, so it stores bulkier than a coil hose
Performance notes
The high-density PVC inner tube is the leak barrier, the middle layer resists punctures, and the polyester outer layer takes the abrasion from being dragged over concrete or gravel, which is the layering that lets Relxitl claim it stays flexible in both heat and freezing cold without cracking. The 10-function nozzle switches spray patterns for anything from gentle watering to a harder cleaning jet.
