Overview
Two pocket-sized prayer quilts, each about 4 inches square, with a hidden wooden cross sewn into a soft patchwork pocket and a scripture card tucked inside. Hand-sewn from vintage-style fabric, they are sized to carry in a purse, coat pocket, or Bible rather than to use as bedding.
Despite the quilt label, this is a devotional keepsake, not bedding: a fabric square the size of a coaster holding a wooden cross and a verse card. The pair format means one can be kept and one given away, which fits the bereavement and pastor-appreciation gifting the listing leans on.
- About 4 x 4 inches
- Hidden wooden cross with scripture card
- Hand-sewn vintage-style fabric
- Sold as a 2-pack
Who it's for
Suits someone buying a small comfort gift for a person going through grief, illness, or a hard stretch, or a keepsake for a pastor or caregiver. Not for anyone expecting actual quilted bedding.
Pros and cons
- Pocket size fits a purse, coat, or Bible
- Comes as a pair for keeping one and gifting one
- Wooden cross is sewn in, not glued
- Not a functional quilt or blanket despite the category
Performance notes
The wooden cross is stitched into an inner pocket rather than glued on, which is what keeps it from working loose with handling. The fabric is described as vintage-style patchwork rather than a single print, so the pattern on each piece varies.
