Overview
ARTISTRO builds each pen with a 1mm fine tip at one end and a brush tip at the other, filled with water-based white ink. The listing names rock, fabric, canvas, glass and wood painting among the uses.
One pen covers detail and fills, which suits rock painters and fabric crafters. The ink is listed both as waterproof and as not waterproof, so anything that will be washed or left outside needs a test patch or sealer.
Who it's for
A crafter painting rocks, wood or glass, or adding white accents to dark surfaces, gets two pens for varied line widths. Fabric crafters who need washable results should test first.
Pros and cons
- Fine tip plus brush tip
- Works on many surfaces
- Non toxic, acid-free ink
- Two pens in the set
- Waterproof claims conflict
- Ink volume not stated
- Only white ink
Performance notes
The fine tip draws thin lines and the brush tip lays down broader strokes with varied pressure. Water-based acrylic ink dries on the surface, so its hold on fabric or glass depends on the material and any sealer.
