Depuley Low Profile Ceiling Fan with Light 42 Inch

Overview

A 42 inch indoor/outdoor ceiling fan with 5 reversible black blades, a dimmable LED light, and a flush mount low profile design rated quiet down to 30 dB. It is controlled by remote with 6 fan speeds and a sleep timer.

At 42 inches this fan is sized for rooms in roughly the 129 to 215 square foot range, per the listing, noticeably larger coverage than the smaller flush mount fan elsewhere in this batch. Its indoor/outdoor rating extends it to covered patios, breezeways, and gazebos, and the quiet DC motor rated down to 30 dB is framed by the listing as suited to bedrooms with babies or light sleepers.

• 42 inch indoor/outdoor ceiling fan, 5 black blades
• Dimmable LED, 3000-6000K color temperature
• Rated down to 30 dB, quiet DC motor
• Covers about 129 to 215 sq ft rooms

Who it's for

Fits larger bedrooms, living rooms, or covered outdoor spaces needing both airflow and a dimmable light in one flush mount fixture. Less suited to fully exposed outdoor areas, since it is built for covered outdoor spaces rather than direct weather exposure.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The reversible copper motor switches direction seasonally, and the listing rates it down to 30 dB, quieter than typical fans, which it attributes to the DC motor design. Coverage is stated at 129 to 215 square feet, and installation uses a snap-in blade system the listing says takes under 30 minutes without extra tools.
