Overview
A wide threaded mouth makes the Nalgene Sustain easy to fill, add ice cubes or fruit, and clean by hand. The bottle is made partly from plastic waste, is BPA-free and seals leak proof for packs and trail use.
Recycled content and a leak proof lid make it a responsible bottle to toss in a bag. It is hand wash only, and it does not insulate drinks.
Who it's for
Made for outdoor use, gym bags and daily hydration. People who want insulated drinks or dishwasher cleanup should choose another bottle.
Pros and cons
- Easy to fill and add ice
- Leak proof seal
- Made partly from plastic waste
- Light to carry
- Hand wash only
- Wide mouth can splash when drinking
Performance notes
A wide opening speeds filling and cleaning, and the screw lid seals against leaks in a pack. Plastic walls do not insulate, so drink temperature changes with the air around it.
