Overview
Printing straight from a smartphone, this mini photo printer outputs small glossy pictures without a computer. The box holds a cartridge, a USB cable and starter paper, with some sheets already loaded in the printer.
The reason to buy is quick small prints for scrapbooks, journals and gifts straight from a phone. The limit is the single print size and the listing's lack of any app or phone operating system details.
Who it's for
Think of a desk where phone photos become small prints for albums, cards and notebooks. Someone who needs letter-size output, scanning or a laptop connection will need a different printer.
Pros and cons
- Prints from a phone over Bluetooth
- Starter photo paper included
- Cartridge and cable included
- Compact portable body
- Single print size only
- Glossy photo paper only
- App and phone system not listed
- Print only, no copying
Performance notes
Image sharpness follows the stated resolution, but the final look depends on the phone image and the paper. Colors are built from the four listed inks on glossy sheets. Output is slow, at about one page each minute by the listing, since each print is a full color pass.
