Rocalt Cork Balance Board Foot and Ankle Kit

Overview

This 12 x 4 x 4 inch cork balance board comes bundled with a massage roller, massage ball, toe resistance bands and an illustrated exercise guide, all stored in an included bag for foot and ankle strengthening work at home.

One buyer's copy arrived missing the printed workout cards mentioned in the listing and found the seller slow to respond, though she kept the item regardless since the board itself worked well.

• 12 x 4 x 4 inch natural cork board
• Includes roller, ball, toe bands and guide
• Quiet, odor-resistant cork build
• Storage bag included

Who it's for

People recovering from ankle or foot injuries, or anyone wanting a daily balance and mobility routine at home. Less relevant if you're after a single balance board alone, since the value here is the bundled roller, ball and bands.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The bundled roller and ball extend the kit beyond balance work into foot rolling and myofascial release, while the toe bands add resistance for ankle strengthening drills.
